Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made within 21 days prior to your arrival – 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. No Refund.
  2. Cancellations made within 45 days prior to your arrival – A credit note can be given up to 90 days, wherein accommodation would be subject to availability and applicable rates (On those days) would be charged over and above. No-show on check-in date would qualify for no refund and the booking will be considered as cancelled.
  3. Any amendments to the booking date would be applicable until 45 days prior to the arrival, a closer date to which will attract the above clauses.
  4. In the event of early departure with respect to the initially contracted stay, 100% of the booked value will be applied, with no refund permitted.
  5. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and on chargeable basis.
  6. In case Swastik Wellbeing Sanctuary is not operational due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies, a credit note would be provided to the seekers, where in they may re-book. This credit facility would be valid for 3 months from the day operation commences. Stay packages would still be subjected to availability.
  7. Any rescheduling can be done within ONE year from the date of cancellation. This is applicable only if the cancellation is made due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies
