EXCELLENT Based on 42 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Trip21882327903Verified Five-Star for Swastik - Luxury Wellbeing Sanctuary From the moment we arrived at Swastik - Luxury Wellbeing Sanctuary, we knew we were in for something special. The welcome we received was nothing short of exceptional. We were treated like VVIPs, with the staff ensuring that every detail was attended to as soon as we stepped foot onto the property.Unfortunately, due to the heavy traffic from the long weekend holidays, we arrived later than planned and missed a few of our scheduled sessions. However, the incredible duty manager, Mr. Amit Singh, went above and beyond to make sure our experience wasn't compromised. He was so accommodating, swiftly rearranging the missed sessions to fit our new schedule without any hassle, and made us feel truly valued. His professionalism and hospitality were outstanding and made a world of difference to our stay. The sanctuary itself is nothing short of spectacular. The serene surroundings, luxurious amenities, and tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect escape. The rooms were impeccably designed, offering a blend of comfort and elegance that instantly put us at ease. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our wellbeing at every step. The services were top-notch, and each moment spent at Swastik felt like an indulgent retreat. From the spa treatments to the gourmet dining, everything was simply superb. All in all, our experience at Swastik was absolutely fabulous, and we left feeling rejuvenated and deeply appreciative of the impeccable service and hospitality. A huge thank you to Mr. Amit Singh and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!Highly recommended for anyone seeking an elite, rejuvenating experience!Bharat ShahPosted on Tripadvisor K GVerified Outstanding and unique property but a bit short on experience This relatively new property in the wellness space is a result of founder’s grand vision and life’s philosophy rooted in India's rich cultural heritage. The outcome is an absolutely outstanding retreat. There is a lot to learn here for the seekers. We have been here twice already in last 6 months. The other highlight here is the culinary excellence. It’s not easy to serve 4 course vegetarian meals 3 times a day, everyday with such creativity and presentation with gourmet taste using only healthy and fresh ingredients. This place does it day in and day out. However their wellness packages compete in ultra luxury segment and it needs to sort out its operational issues to be successful. There is a lack of coordination between various internal teams and the overall experience is not as consistent as one would expect in an upscale resort like this. It has some ways to go to improve its accommodation upkeep, daily housekeeping, smooth reservation process, and the quality of treatments which were better during first visit vs second. Overall, property is five stars plus but the experience falls a bit short.Posted on Tripadvisor Beatrice MVerified Amazing experience It was a very rejuvenating visit. Being in the midst of nature was so holistic. Gaurav Arora and all the staff members were very welcoming and hospitable. The food was very beautifully plated. We had an awesome experience.Posted on Tripadvisor Nawaz VVerified Calming and Rejuvenating "Atma-naman" - is how the seeker is greeted. We stayed for five nights. They need to improve a lot with reference to service of House keeping as well as some front desk staff they forgot very quickly Sometime after paying so high price if we need to remind smll thing for three times is annoying. Overall experience is good. After last days treatment there is boils came all over the body and after checkbout no one is responding a message with lot more excuses. After coming back to Mumbai i need to consult Skin specialist. Beware to taking treatment without consultation of your personal doctor.Posted on Tripadvisor Smita SVerified Wonderful and inviting! I was really disappointed with my experience at this place.
We booked a 3-day package. I understand that three days is not enough to go deeply into Ayurveda, but during our entire stay there were no treatments and almost no meaningful information about Ayurveda at all. For me, this felt much more like a luxury wellness retreat than an Ayurvedic retreat — and that should be clearly communicated to guests when they book a short stay.
The place itself is very impressive: extremely beautiful, luxurious, and strongly focused on spiritual connection. The yoga, breathwork, and activities are very basic — suitable for beginners or for people looking for a gentle, smooth experience. The staff is genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive.
However, the Ayurvedic aspect was very disappointing. We had to ask multiple times to see a doctor. In the end, we spoke only once to an Ayurvedic doctor for about 20 minutes. We also received conflicting dosha diagnoses from two different doctors, which was confusing. I specifically requested a female Ayurvedic doctor and was told I would have an appointment the next day, but instead I was seen by a naturopath, as the Ayurvedic doctor was on holiday — something that was not communicated in advance.
They also conducted diagnostic tests, but no one ever explained the results to us, even after asking. I am leaving this place with no real knowledge of how to better care for my body and without having learned practical Ayurvedic tips, which was the main reason for my visit.
Each time we wanted a doctor’s appointment, we had to ask repeatedly. On our last evening, we were told we would speak with a doctor the following day, but no one contacted us before checkout. By then, we already had a taxi booked to leave.
On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the service in the dining area was outstanding. The staff there was incredibly kind, and the meals were delicious.

We recently spent five nights at this incredible five-star sanctuary, and it truly felt like a retreat from the world. I would rate the food as Michelin-star quality—every meal was exceptional and comparable to what you would expect in a Michelin-star restaurant.
What I particularly appreciated was the underlying philosophy of the place, which instantly calms your mind and helps you disconnect from a hectic city lifestyle. Perched high in the mountains, the property offers stunning views that enhance the overall sense of peace and wellbeing.
The staff were exceptionally attentive. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amit Singh, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. I would also like to commend the restaurant team, who were absolutely fantastic—nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
I would highly recommend this sanctuary to anyone seeking luxury, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing experience.

Aatma Naman !! A truly transformative escape amidst serene hills — where body, mind, and soul find balance. The therapies, from Swedish massage to Janu Basti, halo therapy, shirodhra were deeply healing, while the light, clean meals of fresh fruits worked wonders for digestion and clarity. The Cosmic Sound Therapy in the stunning Galaxies Room was the highlight — an experience that felt like floating through stillness and stars.
Petting and feeding the cows added a soulful touch, grounding me in nature’s calm. Even weeks later, my metabolism feels stronger and my body lighter. For anyone from North India or Delhi seeking respite from pollution and chaos, this retreat is the perfect hideaway — beautifully curated, and worth every moment. 🌸

FAQs
A deep detox programme is an intensive, supervised cleanse that removes accumulated toxins (ama) from the body and restores natural balance. At Swastik it draws on Ayurvedic purification therapies—often including Panchakarma elements—alongside a cleansing diet and lifestyle support for a thorough, physician-guided reset.
Common signs of toxin accumulation include persistent fatigue, sluggish digestion, bloating, dull skin, brain fog, poor sleep, and low immunity. If everyday life leaves you feeling heavy and depleted despite rest, a structured detox can help reset the system.
Ama is the Ayurvedic term for undigested metabolic waste that accumulates when digestion is impaired, contributing to disease and fatigue. A deep detox removes ama through a sequence of preparatory oleation, therapeutic elimination, and rejuvenation, allowing the body to function more cleanly and efficiently.
A deep detox often incorporates Panchakarma therapies, but the two are not always identical. Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s specific five-action purification protocol, while a deep detox programme may combine selected Panchakarma elements with other cleansing therapies, diet, and lifestyle support tailored to you.
Some people experience temporary tiredness, mild headache, or a ‘healing response’ in the early days as toxins are released—this is usually short-lived and a normal part of the process. All therapies are physician-supervised and adjusted to keep you comfortable throughout.
The detox diet is deliberately simple and easy to digest—commonly warm, freshly cooked foods such as kitchari, light soups, cooked vegetables, and herbal teas—to rest digestion and support elimination. Stimulants, processed food, and heavy items are avoided during the cleanse.
A meaningful deep detox generally requires at least 7 to 14 days so the body can move through preparation, elimination, and rejuvenation properly. Very short cleanses offer a gentle reset but cannot achieve the depth of a full programme.
After a deep detox, most seekers report increased energy, lighter digestion, clearer skin, better sleep, sharper focus, and a sense of renewal. Because the body has been cleansed and rejuvenated, benefits often continue to build in the weeks afterward with proper aftercare.
Many people benefit from a deeper detox once or twice a year, often aligned with seasonal changes when the body naturally renews. Between programmes, lighter daily and seasonal practices help maintain the benefits. Your doctor can recommend a rhythm suited to you.
Deep detox is not suitable during pregnancy, for young children, or for those who are very weak, acutely ill, or have certain medical conditions. A pre-programme health assessment determines suitability and customises the intensity of therapies to ensure the cleanse is safe for you.
