A Regenerative Approach to Reproductive Wellbeing & Preconception Health

A personalised 7, 14 or 21-night journey designed to support reproductive wellbeing, preconception foundations, lifestyle balance and a more informed approach to fertility.

Our regenerative philosophy

Reproductive wellbeing is shaped by interconnected factors, including hormonal health, nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, movement and individual medical history. A personalised approach considers these factors together rather than in isolation.

The programme brings together doctor-led guidance, traditional Indian healing practices, personalised nutrition, movement, restorative therapies and mindful living to support wellbeing before conception. It complements, and does not replace, fertility assessment or treatment when needed.

Restore. Rebalance. Regenerate.

Fertility wellness is not a single intervention. The journey focuses on understanding individual needs and supporting the foundations of reproductive and whole-person wellbeing.

    Programme-specific duration and clinical sequence

7, 14 or 21 Nights — duration is not a pricing tier, it is a clinical decision. Because reproductive cells mature over a period of months, this immersive stay is designed to be followed by a sustained take-home protocol; each length unlocks a stage of the in-house protocol that the preceding stage cannot substitute for.

    7Nights

    Foundation & Preconception Assessment

Establishes the assessment baseline for both partners. Doctor consultation, cycle mapping and/or semen evaluation, and a Prakriti and Agni assessment are followed by the core reproductive-support sequence — Ksheeradhara, Neutral Hip Bath and Abhyangam — alongside the first fertility-supportive nutrition session. Sufficient to interrupt existing patterns of stress, fatigue and hormonal disruption, and to install the habits the couple will carry forward.

    14Nights

    Deep Reproductive Restoration

Adds a mid-stay reassessment. A second wave of Ayurvedic and functional-fitness-led therapies aimed at deeper hormonal and circulatory activation, and a mid-stay doctor review (hormonal markers, cycle regularity, stress levels). This is the length most often recommended for an immersive preconception stay, allowing a measurable, doctor-verified change before the take-home protocol begins.

    21Nights

    Full Preconception Reset & Integration

Required for classical Ayurvedic sequences (extended Dhanyamladhara, SSPS and Virechana courses) to be delivered safely and completely for both partners, for weekly reassessment through the stay, and for the reproductive and metabolic gains of the first two phases to consolidate into a durable preconception routine.

    OUR APPROACH

How the Program Works, Medically, on Fertility

Reproductive readiness requires hormonal signalling to stabilise, pelvic and tissue circulation to improve, the stress-response axis to settle, and metabolic health to strengthen in both partners — nothing substitutes for that principle, and this programme does not claim otherwise. What differentiates the protocol is that this is supported and protected on five fronts simultaneously, so the reset reaches reproductive readiness directly rather than staying superficial.

    • Reproductive and hormonal support. Ksheeradhara, Dhanyamladhara and Neutral Hip Bath calm and support hormonal balance and pelvic circulation directly, because reproductive readiness rarely improves through diet alone.
    • Digestive and metabolic correction. Abhyangam, Udhwarthanam, Virechana and Enema (Basti) restore digestive fire and clear accumulated toxins, functioning as active support that speeds reproductive-tissue recovery between targeted sessions.
    • Circulatory and eliminatory support. Steam Bath, Neutral Hip Bath and functional fitness improve circulation to the pelvic and reproductive organs, easing the overall metabolic load the reproductive system has to process.
    • Nervous system down-regulation. Shirodhara, Takradhara, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra lower stress reactivity and support the hormonal function that a sensitised nervous system otherwise suppresses in both partners.
    • Behaviour change and long-term adherence. Fertility-supportive nutrition guidance, functional fitness, and a structured take-home preconception plan build the self-awareness and habit stability that determine whether reproductive gains are sustained in the months after checkout — the single largest factor in preconception success.

Diagnostics run through every phase rather than sitting only at intake: doctor consultation, cycle mapping or semen evaluation, hormonal markers and stress scoring establish baseline and re-test through the stay, so the plan is adjusted against measured data rather than a subjective sense of feeling ready. Any fertility diagnosis, ongoing treatment such as IVF, recent reports and current medications should be shared at consultation so the programme is safely personalised and coordinated with the treating fertility specialist.

    The 5-Dimension Framework

“Every therapy in the 7, 14 and 21-night protocols is organised below under the clinical or experiential dimension it primarily serves, so the logic of the programme — not just its treatment list — is visible at a glance. Diagnostics are marked accordingly within their dimension.”

Note: Items above sit at different levels of scientific support, from well-established naturopathic, nutritional and lifestyle evidence to traditional Ayurvedic and experiential practice. Traditional and experiential items are offered as supportive and traditional, not as proven, stand-alone treatments for diagnosed fertility conditions.

    The Regenerative Wellbeing Framework

Five Pathways. One Journey Towards Renewal.

Each pathway addresses a vital dimension of wellbeing while working in harmony with the others. Relevant assessments and personalised interventions are integrated throughout the journey, allowing the experience to evolve with the individual and support meaningful progress.

Doctor-led consultation and fertility-focused assessment, where appropriate.
Nutrition guidance and digestive-supportive practices tailored to individual needs.
Suitable movement, yoga and conditioning practices.
Restorative experiences selected according to individual suitability.
Meditation, breathwork and mind–body practices to support awareness and stress management.

    The Journey Within

    Every element has a purpose.
    Every experience connects.

Regeneration happens when the right elements come together at the right time. From personalised insights and nourishment to movement, therapeutic care and moments of stillness, your experience is thoughtfully orchestrated around your body, your needs and your capacity for change.

The aim is not to offer more treatments, but to create a more meaningful journey, one that supports lasting change in the way you feel, function and live.

    FAQs

A fertility wellness programme is a holistic, preconception approach to optimising reproductive health for couples planning to conceive. At Swastik it supports hormonal balance, reproductive vitality, stress reduction, and overall health in both partners through personalised Ayurvedic therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle correction.
Ayurveda can support fertility by improving the underlying factors that influence conception—hormonal balance, stress, weight, digestion, reproductive tissue health, and overall vitality. It is best used as a complement to medical fertility care, not a replacement, and works for both partners.
Fertility is a shared journey, so the programme supports both partners. Male reproductive health is equally important to conception, and addressing the wellbeing, stress, and lifestyle of both partners gives the best foundation. Couples are encouraged to participate together where possible.
Chronic stress can disrupt hormonal balance and reproductive function in both men and women, and the pressure of trying to conceive often adds further strain. The programme places strong emphasis on stress reduction through calming therapies and mindfulness as a key part of fertility support.
Yes. A fertility wellness programme can complement medical fertility treatments such as IVF by supporting overall health, hormonal balance, and stress resilience. Always coordinate with your fertility specialist, and share your treatment plan during consultation so the programme aligns safely with it.
The diet emphasises nourishing, freshly cooked, nutrient-dense whole foods that support reproductive tissue and hormonal health, while reducing processed food, excess sugar, alcohol, and stimulants. Nutrition is personalised to each partner’s constitution and needs.
Programmes may include gentle detoxification to prepare the body, rejuvenating Rasayana therapies, specific Ayurvedic treatments for reproductive health, and stress-reducing therapies such as Shirodhara—selected by the treating doctors after assessment of both partners.
Preparing the body before conception improves the environment for a healthy pregnancy. A preconception programme aims to balance hormones, reduce toxins, improve nutrition, and lower stress in the months before trying—an investment in both fertility and a healthier pregnancy.
Because reproductive cells mature over roughly three months, fertility programmes often recommend an immersive stay of 7 to 14 days followed by a sustained home protocol over several months. This longer horizon gives the body time to respond to the changes.
Both partners should share relevant medical history, any fertility diagnoses or treatments underway, recent reports, and current medications during consultation. This ensures the programme is safely personalised for each partner and properly complements any medical fertility care.
