Swastik originates from the Sanskrit roots ‘स’ु(well or auspicious), ‘अस्ति ‘ (being), and ‘क’ (associated with). Together, they embody all that is aligned with auspiciousness, conscious living, and holistic wellbeing. Swastik was envisioned as a sanctuary where every space is created with purpose and every element tells a story.
The Swastik logo expresses harmony through five symbolic petals ; Red for Health (fostering vitality), Yellow for Wealth (encouraging prosperity), Green for Love (nurturing relationships), Blue for Bliss (inspiring peace), and White at the center for Spirituality (inner peace and liberation). Each petal represents a vital dimension of life, together forming a haven of balance and fulfillment.
Nestled beside the serene Khadakwasla waters, Swastik spans 7,000 acres of untouched natural beauty. We chose this location with care, close enough to Pune and Mumbai for easy access, yet enough to offer true immersion. Here, thoughtfully designed six types of Vihars spread across 51 acres, each created to give a holistic experience to our seekers.
This is where ancient wisdom sits comfortably alongside modern wellness practices. Our 60+ Masters and caring experts guide you through over 210 wellbeing therapies and programs, honoring all five dimensions: Health, Wealth, Love, Bliss, and Spirituality.
Since opening our doors, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside 999+ seekers on their journeys home to themselves. Each moment here is offered with intention to help you find your way back to what matters most.
Founder’s Note
As I turned 60, I asked myself a question that wouldn’t let go: How do I give back in a way that truly matters? The answer became Swastik, a place where wellness isn’t fragmented into separate experiences, but where everything comes together for genuine transformation.
When we opened in November 2024, we made choices that felt right. We invested in both Holistic practices and modern diagnostics because we believe transformation needs to be measured, not just felt. We track progress, adapt programs based on how each seeker responds, and follow up long after they leave. It’s not the easier path, but it’s the authentic one.
What keeps us going is watching someone leave here genuinely changed – healthier, clearer, more balanced. Then seeing that transformation ripple outward to their family, their workplace, their community. One person’s change creates many more. That’s why we do this work.
We see Swastik becoming a place where people from all over the globe come when they’re ready for real change. Where ancient wisdom and modern science work together. Where we prove that traditional knowledge can lead when we commit to genuine outcomes and measure them properly.

Architecture & Landscape
Swastik’s architecture gracefully blends with nature through its smooth curves and gentle lines. Integrating the five core elements – Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Space – in five of the six Vihars creates a harmonious and uplifting environment. Inspired by the Swastik logo, symbolizing a blooming flower, the architecture reflects five-dimensional values of Health, Wealth, Love, and Bliss, with Spirituality at its core. Each space represents a unique aspect of wellbeing, aiming to help every individual thrive and radiate these essential values. Encompassing 15,000 native trees and attracting over 30 bird species, this thoughtfully designed ecosystem enables each Vihar to guide individuals towards balance and fulfilment.
Cuisine
At Swastik, our cuisine philosophy is deeply rooted in enhancing well-being through wholesome, naturally sourced ingredients. We prioritize unprocessed and unrefined macronutrients, ensuring that each meal is rich in essential micronutrients.
Fresh and seasonal ingredients form the core of our dishes, which are prepared using techniques that preserve natural flavours and nutrients. By minimizing harmful additives and focusing on heart-healthy fats, we create meals that not only nourish but also delight the senses. Our approach to food synergy and mindful eating supports overall health, vitality, and a deeper connection with nourishment.
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of Swastik’s ethos. Our commitment is evident in our energy-efficient design, waste-reduction initiatives, and green practices.
As a Green Resort, we achieve zero waste to landfill with the help of Organic Waste Compost (OWC) machines. Our commitment to renewable energy is evident through our solar power systems. We plan to do water conservation through Rain Harvesting and Water Recycling systems, supported by ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewerage Treatment Plant) facilities. We also embrace green living with a plantation of at least 1000 trees.
