A Regenerative Approach to Liver & Metabolic Wellbeing

A personalised 7, 14 or 21-night journey designed around clinical assessment, appropriate therapeutic support, nutrition and sustainable lifestyle routines.

Our regenerative philosophy

Liver and metabolic wellbeing are influenced by interacting factors, including nutrition, digestion, activity, metabolic health, sleep, stress and medical history. Assessment is essential to understand individual needs.

The programme combines doctor-led guidance with Ayurveda, naturopathy, personalised nutrition, movement and restorative practices as appropriate. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment for liver conditions.

Restore. Rebalance. Regenerate.

Liver wellbeing is not addressed by a generic cleanse. The journey focuses on individual assessment, suitable lifestyle support and clinically appropriate guidance.

    Programme-specific duration and clinical sequence

7, 14 or 21 Nights — duration is not a pricing tier, it is a clinical decision. Each length unlocks a stage of the protocol that the preceding stage cannot substitute for.

    7Nights

    Foundation & Hepatic Reset

Establishes the assessment baseline. Doctor consultation, liver function and metabolic screening, and a Pitta and Agni assessment are followed by the core hepatic-support sequence — GH Pack, Kidney Pack and Castor Oil Pack — alongside the first liver-supportive nutrition session. Sufficient to interrupt existing patterns of sluggish digestion, heaviness and fatigue, and to install the habits the guest will carry forward.

    14Nights

    Deep Hepatic Restoration

Adds a mid-stay reassessment. A second wave of Ayurvedic and functional-fitness-led therapies aimed at deeper metabolic activation and progressive dietary transition, and a mid-stay doctor review (liver markers, energy levels, digestion). The additional week allows a measurable, doctor-verified change in hepatic and metabolic function rather than a subjective impression of feeling lighter.

    21Nights

    Full Metabolic Reset & Integration

Required for classical Ayurvedic sequences (extended GH Pack, Kidney Pack and Virechana courses) to be delivered safely and completely, for weekly reassessment through the stay, and for the hepatic and metabolic gains of the first two phases to consolidate into durable, liver-protective habits.

    OUR APPROACH

How the Program Works, Medically, on the Liver

Lasting liver restoration requires digestive fire to strengthen, toxins to clear, bile flow to normalise, and metabolic stress to ease — nothing substitutes for that principle, and this programme does not claim otherwise. What differentiates the protocol is that this is supported and protected on five fronts simultaneously, so the reset reaches the liver directly rather than staying superficial.

    • Hepatic and renal clearance. GH Pack, Kidney Pack and Castor Oil Pack calm and support the liver and kidneys directly at the site of organ strain, because a congested hepatic system rarely resolves through diet alone.
    • Digestive and metabolic correction. Abhyangam, Udvartana, Virechana and Enema (Basti) restore digestive fire and clear accumulated toxins, functioning as active support that speeds hepatic recovery between organ-targeted sessions.
    • Circulatory and eliminatory support. Steam Bath, Hydrotherapy and Hepatic Compress improve circulation and open elimination pathways, easing the overall metabolic load the liver has to process.
    • Nervous system down-regulation. Shirodhara, Takradhara, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra lower stress reactivity and support the digestive and biliary function that a sensitised nervous system otherwise suppresses.
    • Behaviour change and long-term adherence. Anti-inflammatory, liver-supportive nutrition guidance, functional fitness for metabolic activation, and a structured take-home routine build the self-awareness and habit stability that determine whether hepatic gains are sustained after checkout — the single largest factor in long-term liver health.

Diagnostics run through every phase rather than sitting only at intake: doctor consultation, liver function markers, Agni evaluation and toxin-load scoring establish baseline and re-test through the stay, so the plan is adjusted against measured data rather than a subjective sense of feeling lighter. Any liver-related diagnosis, recent liver function tests or scans, and alcohol history should be shared at consultation so the programme is safely personalised.

    The 5-Dimension Framework

“Every therapy in the 7, 14 and 21-night protocols is organised below under the clinical or experiential dimension it primarily serves, so the logic of the programme — not just its treatment list — is visible at a glance. Diagnostics are marked accordingly within their dimension.”

Note: Items above sit at different levels of scientific support, from well-established naturopathic, nutritional and lifestyle evidence to traditional Ayurvedic and experiential practice. Traditional and experiential items are offered as supportive and traditional, not as proven, stand-alone treatments for diagnosed liver conditions.

Regeneration happens when the right elements come together at the right time. From personalised insights and nourishment to movement, therapeutic care and moments of stillness, your experience is thoughtfully orchestrated around your body, your needs and your capacity for change.

The aim is not to offer more treatments, but to create a more meaningful journey, one that supports lasting change in the way you feel, function and live.

    FAQs

A doctor-led residential stay of 7, 14 or 21 nights at Swastik Wellbeing Sanctuary near Pune. It combines clinical assessment, Ayurveda, naturopathy, liver-supportive nutrition and yoga to support liver and metabolic health, alongside your regular medical care.
Lifestyle-related fatty liver (MASLD, formerly NAFLD) is linked to diet, weight, blood sugar and inactivity. The programme addresses these through nutrition, movement and routine. A doctor’s consultation is required, and liver markers should be monitored by your own doctor.
The liver handles detoxification, metabolism, digestion and hormone balance. When it is overburdened, energy, digestion, skin and weight can be affected, so supporting it benefits whole-body health.
Ayurveda links the liver to Pitta dosha and digestive fire (Agni). Imbalance is believed to build up ama (undigested residue) that burdens the liver. The programme uses this framework alongside modern clinical assessment.
Light, freshly cooked, easily digestible meals, with no alcohol and minimal fried, processed, sugary or oily food. Liver-supportive foods and herbs are personalised to your constitution and condition.
Doctors select therapies after assessment, which may include GH Packs, Castor Oil Packs, Abhyangam, Udvartana, Takradhara, hydrotherapy, liver-focused yoga and, where appropriate, physician-guided Virechana.
Yes. Alcohol is avoided during the stay, and reducing or stopping it afterwards is strongly advised, especially for fatty liver. Your doctor will give personalised guidance.
Guests commonly report better energy and lighter digestion. Results vary by starting point, duration and practice at home. Liver marker changes should be tracked with your doctor; no specific result is guaranteed.
7, 14 or 21 nights. Seven nights sets a baseline, 14 adds a mid-stay doctor review, and 21 allows extended Ayurvedic sequences with weekly reassessment. The doctor recommends the duration after consultation.
Any liver diagnosis, recent liver tests or scans, alcohol history, current medicines and full medical history, so the programme can be safely personalised.
It is not a treatment for acute or advanced liver disease. People with cirrhosis, acute hepatitis, pregnancy or a serious medical condition should consult their doctor first. Swastik’s doctors confirm suitability after reviewing reports.
Yes, continue prescribed medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise. Share a full list at consultation so therapies and herbs can be planned safely.
