Vishram is a lounge that blends with nature, offering a soothing atmosphere enhanced by natural sounds and fragrances for effective healing.
Purvam (Pre-therapy Room)
Purvam sets the stage for rejuvenation with locker and changing facilities, sauna baths, and foot rituals, ensuring that the seekers are fully prepared to start on their wellbeing journey with a sense of relief and readiness.
Pashcham (Post-therapy Room)
After indulging in therapeutic treatments, seekers can continue their journey at Pashcham. It is equipped with a steam bath, hot pool, cold pool and ice bucket shower, offering a refreshing and invigorating experience.
Nisargam (Naturopathy)
Nisargam is a tropical zone for naturopathic therapies, where water plays a pivotal role in healing. It features specialized equipment and treatments, including hip baths, spinal baths, and immersion baths, to boost immunity and overall wellbeing.
